Managed Amazon rainforest landscape

Forest Asset Management built on technical expertise and a long-term perspective.

3P Florestal manages forest assets across the Brazilian Amazon by integrating stewardship, governance and operational excellence. We combine the management of privately owned forest properties with the technical execution of sustainable forest management, transforming natural forest resources into productive long-term assets while meeting all applicable legal and environmental requirements.

Who We Are

3P Florestal (legal name: 3P Reflorestamento e Consultoria Ltda.), headquartered in Almeirim, Pará, specializes in Forest Asset Management across the Brazilian Amazon. Our business model is built on two complementary areas of expertise: (1) Forest Asset Management — long-term planning, stewardship, value enhancement and strategic portfolio development; (2) Sustainable Forest Management Operations — responsible technical execution supported by operational control, environmental compliance and end-to-end traceability. “We do more than manage forest operations—we steward long-term forest assets.”

Our Vision

A forest is a long-term asset that requires enduring stewardship. Its value lies in the ability to manage it with technical excellence, operational predictability and respect for natural forest dynamics. Every decision is guided by a long-term perspective, where asset stewardship, environmental compliance and operational excellence work together to create lasting value. Well-managed forest assets generate enduring benefits for landowners, partners, local communities and the forest itself.
